Lots of employees have complained of thare paychecks being short. This is because the companies structure they only have 1 person in HR and one person doing pay roll who cannot be contacted. The structure is designed for employees to not be able to deal with the loss of income to them. If the company can skimp money through their system they will. CODE 3 SECURITY AND PROTECTION SERVICES IS THE WORST SECURITY COMPANY TO HIRE AND TO ALSO WORK FOR. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THE OWNER, KEITH LYNN TAKES THE MONEY THAT YOU PAY HIM AND PARTIES WITH IT.
I HAD SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY THEY 1099 YOU HOW CAN YOU DO THIS IF YOU ARE AND EMPLOYEE NOT A INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR THE IRS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT NEED TO AUDIT THIS BUSINESS
They didn't pay me neither. One word CROOKS!!!!! Wish I could give them no stars. If you are looking to hire this company then BEWARE or Keith Lynn and his henchmen.

Code 3 and Keith Lyn can be summed up in one word...joke. They are supposed to protect against crooks...but who protects against the crooks at Code 3 and Keith lynn?
Best security company ive ever seen....the patrol and officers r wonderful at my community
I have know Keith and his company for years. Crook doesn't begn to describe both. Thug is more like it. Check out his latest thug like tactics on MD Case Search while at the Raven's game this weekend. How a guy like this owns a business and employees and their families have to count on is beyond me. Use extreme caution if you have to use him!
