My daughter went in to see if she had the flu. She was stuck in a room for 1 1/2 hours.. waiting on test result. No one bothered checking on her. The doctor was a jerk. They bugered up her arm giving her steroid iv... this place is a disappointment. They need to be reminded that people coming in there are sick and deserve to be treated better then this. I didnt want to even give them one star, except i had to so i could post this.
We live in FloMo and my daughter woke up with a very high fever at 7am. We drove to Code 3 and it was incredible. The facility was very clean and all of the staff was so friendly. The friendliest we’ve seen and we’ve had our share of urgent cares. We saw Dr. Vo. His bedside manner was wonderful and he listened to my concerns and discussed things with me concerning my daughter. The staff and doctor was so incredibly nice! I came here in a panic last night to get my son checked out cuz he had just broken his nose possibly. I went to Presbyterian ER and was there 5 seconds before I decided to leave! Thank goodness urgent care was here! They are very good with kids and care very much about the parents too. I will be going here from now on... forget Presbyterian er.. especially during flu season!!

We had a great experience at this facility. Staff went above and beyond to find the best treatment at an afforable cost for my husband. Dr. was compassionate and took the time to explain our options. Would highly recommend to anyone needing urgent care or er services.
