Horrible care! My daughter, who has the flu, was misdiagnosed because they would not take a simple flu test. Christopher Phillips who looked over my daughter last Saturday informed us because she had a sore throat with her fever that more than likely she had strep & prescribed her Amoxicillin. When I asked him has he confirmed she does not have the flu, because I never saw him swab her nose/throat or test her, he responded that even if they tested her & her test came back positive there was nothing they could prescribe her. ... read more
RecommendedMy husband and I have both been to the urgent care side for Illnesses. This past Friday I was injured in an accident. I really didn’t want to go to a hospital ER, do to the fact it was flu season. I called to see how long the wait was for the ER....the was none (in a Friday night). I was seen IMMEDIATELY...they have the capability to do xrays, CT scans, sonogram and much more. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING....
went cause I had a headache fever cough and body aches got treated like I had a hungover or drunk made me do a sobriety test for no reason will never go back again
I have had to take my daughter here 2 times this year. Every time we have had a wonderful experience! The front desk ladies, nurses and doctors are so nice and caring! They got us in and out quickly each time as well.
I have brought my son up there several times. every time I bring him the staff is great. they deserve so much for what they do.
This er is the BEST!!! The care that was provided to my daughter this weekend was priceless. Such great people! Dr. Aponte nurse christina and tech Robert also registration LaDona you guys rock !!!!!!!!
I was treated so well by all of the staff here. Specifically want to shout out the rockstar Doctor, Mr Jose Muniz. So professional, so kind & he communicated everything he could to ensure our peace of mind. Thank you for treating me and being a very helpful hand on my journey to recovery
I made an appointment online the day i visited, when i got there for my appointment time i had to wait for all the walk in people before i was see. I thought if you had an appointment you would be seen close to that time. I had to wait an hour to see the doctor. The staff was excellent, but what is the use of making an online appointment if you have to wait for a long time. Everything else was great. Just too long a wait.
