This location is sorta like their Rohnert Park locations. Owner - Operators, .... Pine Creek Properties, ... seems to thrive next to Tilden Properties' apartment complexes. Weird coincidence, or are they both genius level Sonoma Co landlords ? Pics as proof.
Lived here for seven years. Management had three different on site managers during this time, with varying levels of performance. Would give them 5 stars but they tried to withhold $255 of my deposit for “cleaning” and did not provide an itemized receipt nor return my full deposit within the time limit laid out by California law. Very picturesque setting with the redwood trees and lovely neighbors for the most part.
Great place to live! Helpful office staff and quick turnaround on repairs. Very good value for your rent money. A million times better than Annadel Apartments down the street where I lived for 3 years.
This place sucks
Never had a single issue with ANY of the staff here. When I put in a "fix it ticket," maintenance is there within 24 hours, usually much less. Well maintained, beautiful grounds. Located very close to city and county bus mini transit mall, Smart Train, and large shopping center that includes Whole Foods and Target.
