I personally want to thank the owner and staff that took care of my wife's ring. After receiving the ring back to repair a missing accent stone, I noticed that the new accent stone was slightly off in the color. Immediately turned around and brought it back in to have it inspected. The owner agreed with me on and said to give them a week or two to get a new accent stone. The owner and employees are so nice and helpful. They are professional and knowledgeable. Very pretty jewelry here. They also do great repair work.

I spoke with Angie initially for a 2020 ring appraisal and certificate, and she was kind and helpful. I planned to pick it up when Ramona was in, as she had been fantastic during the purchase. However, my recent visit was a letdown. Ramona's customer service was unapproachable and rude, a stark contrast to our prior experience. I called on 10/16 at 10:08 a.m. to ask about getting a ring repaired and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. I asked if she could break down the price, and she spoke to me as if she was annoyed I even asked. I will NOT trust my sentimental ring to someone who sounds like they don't care. I suggest others do the same.
