We absolutely love our home and the Coddington community. As with all new developments there are some growing pains for some residents and the property management, but overall would highly recommend buying and living here. From the sales staff to the folks at DHI, everyone was easy to work with and very professional.
Kim Mayes was fantastic! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and had great energy showing us around. Highly recommend!
