Usually have what I need, depending on how busy they are, can be slow at times.
I'm an absolute amateur with electrical projects but was trying to fix something on my car after watching a YouTube video. I stopped by to see if they had the few small parts I needed, but they all came in 100 packs. The gentleman behind the counter was so patient and helpful, and sent me on my way with 2 of the 3 parts at no cost. Super class act, and I really appreciate his help. These people are absolutely horrible at their jobs. They know that they are the only dealer for Allen Bradley in Utah and they know they don't have to work well with customers cause they are the only place to go to. Be better guys.
Im understand that people don’t go there to make friends but they are rude I went there because it was the only one in the area that have bolt on that I need but at least I get what I need then I need again an other of this breaker but I was close to the place I always go and buy the breaker for 12.89 before tax those guy at codale charge for the same breaker 49.47 I’m understand that they have to make money but they overcharge a lot.
