Renee continues to be an absolute ray of sunshine! She is always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We miss John and hope he’s doing well! Roger and Mateo are lovely as well and have been such a pleasure to see. It’s the people who really make a place special, and this is such a wonderful team.

I had a very frustrating leasing experience. Less than a week before my move-in date, I was told the apartment would not be available for my original move-in date of the 6th and that the move-in date would need to shift to the 8th or 9th due to the current resident’s situation. Because I had to coordinate movers, work obligations, and my move-out timing, I made other arrangements. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Coda feels like a different place today than it did not long ago. The new Community Director has brought a level of professionalism, organization, and care that is impossible to miss. Things are getting done, communication has improved, and there is a genuine sense that residents matter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The new Community Director deserves tremendous credit. She is lovely, competent, capable, professional, and clearly getting things done. Her leadership has brought renewed energy, accountability, and direction to the community. You can feel a change in the air.
