Bethany, the previous Director, was exceptional. She genuinely cared about both the building and the people who lived in it, and it showed in how the property was maintained and how residents were treated. Since her departure, that standard has noticeably declined. The new Director appears disengaged, rarely interacts with residents, and seems more focused on staying behind a desk than addressing issues. Don’t move into this place. - The back garage smells due to sewage leaks, but management blames the neighboring restaurant. - In 2025, there was major water damage affecting half the apartments from the 4th floor down. There was literally a waterfall running through the stairwell—it looked like it was raining indoors. Water was shut off for about four days for partial repairs, forcing residents to find alternative ways to shower. It was then shut off for another two days to complete the repairs.
