Renee the assistant community director is very sufficient, she helped us move a client on a short term in 3-4 days. The family was in a emergency and the community provided ada accommodations for their mother's needs. Thank you to the Coda Cherry Creek property for responding and being easy to work with. This family is happy and now more stable after a catastrophic loss.
Wonderful building. Great leasing team (Gretchen & Renee), very responsive maintenance, and friendly tenants. The property is well-run, and I’ve had an excellent experience living at CODA for about four years.
I love living at Coda. It's been such a great experience, and it wouldn't be without John, Renee, Gretchen, the maintenance team - shoutout to Sergio, who has always done a fantastic job! and Cameron. I'm grateful to be part of such a wonderful community.
