I ordered two bolts of baby maize organza (baby yellow) from COD Wholesale. When I got the package they had sent me golden bright yellow. I called, they said they would give me a credit/refund but not cover the shipping. The company did acknowledge they had sent me the wrong product but didn't seem to think it was wrong to charge me shipping. I bought "A" and they sent me "B", so why do I pay the shipping for their error? I'm just stunned!
Don & his daughter our so helpful at the shop. If I need supplies I can run by and grab whatever I'm out of and rush back to my shop. They are always so nice to talk too. Don also has great selection of supplies at good price.
