I started my hair appointment at 10:00 AM and left around 4:00 PM. When I arrived, the daughter informed me that her mom would charge me more because my hair is very short, which I expected. The daughter was very nice, but the mom kept complaining about how short my hair was and how I would be there all day. This was extremely unprofessional.
