BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. Took forever to get a response. Made an appointment then at 9:28 pm with zero reason said she didn’t feel comfortable working with me ( never met me yet) and canceled. All this happened after she asked for my full name And saw I was Hispanic. Only reason I can see is a race issue she has. Silly because she is losing business by discrimination. Got to be kind to other and treat us all the same.
Terrible, unprofessional, rude, zero regards for others or customers. Entitled, discriminates and like her yelp reviews not good. Find a place that treats your better and equally and does a good job and knows what they are doing.

Courtney has been styling and coloring my hair for the past four years. I always feel so pampered In her salon. She’s a true professional. I trust and recommend her fully.
Courtney was really awesome. Quick to text me back and get me in for the short week I was in town. I have pretty long thick grown out colored hair (dark)with red pigmentation and I wanted to make a change and go lighter. Courtney didn't set my expectations to being unrealistic in what can be accomplished in one setting yet she kept it real and told me what would likely be outcome and it would be beautiful and each time I go in to salon in future it will slowly get to a Blonde color.
