So happy when I found this place. So professional and did the best nails ever.
I have been to this nail place quite a few time in the past but stop coming because it turned into quantity vs quality kind of thing. Some of the nail ladies are great don’t get me wrong. I decided to come back after a few yrs and brought my husband to get a pedicure for the first time. Well let me tell you how disappointed and upset it made me. I’ve been going to Cocoon for years, and they’ve always done a great job for the price. However, my last few visits haven’t lived up to the same standard. The service has felt rushed, and the quality of the pedicures has declined. Paying $60 for a result that feels incomplete just isn’t worth it anymore. I’ve also visited the Winter Garden location and had a much better experience there. I hope the original location considers making some improvements.
This place isb Amazing! Made me feel nice and relaxed! The staff is super polite and helpful.
