It was my first time in Mexico and none of my family member could accompany me nor did I trust them to know what to do in case I got an infection or other issues. I was very anxious about crossing but Cocoon made the experience so smooth. From intake to the drivers who crossed me over they were exceptional and made me feel at ease. Great experience staying at Cocoon. The nursing staff takes great pride in the recovery process of the patient.
Not only is cocoon professional. They are caring, considerate, and put needs in such high standards. They have two chefs that are excellent cooks. The nurses are friendly and considerate and I never thought I would’ve experienced such a wonderful experience as I did here. I can’t wait to come back for my second round highly highly 1000% recommend there’s a few nurses that stand out. There are all good but I just personally got closer with Lupita, Mary, Lori and Karina my love to this place and all that they do.
My stay at Cocoon Recovery House was amazing! The nurses on staff were incredibly kind and very supportive. Everyone was so accepting and accommodating. There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful the nurses are, but I will never forget how great they are. They were very attentive to my medication schedule so I didn’t have to worry about remembering to take them.
