Just had my second service here at cocoon day spa. A few months ago I had a massage which was excellent and just yesterday, a facial with Rana! Rana is amazing and I will definitely be back! The first time I visited, the front desk person seemed busy and annoyed but the second time both front desk staff were extremely helpful, kind, and calm. So glad this spa is here!
My time at Cocoon was phenomenal thanks to Natalia! She gave me a great facial and was so kind! I came in with my wife and she created such a great atmosphere where she was able to offering guidance on how to take better care of my skin. I most definitely will be returning to her!
I booked the Cocoon Mani-Pedi combo at Cocoon Day Spa in Noe Valley as a birthday gift for my husband. The ambience was lovely, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. They also offered us candies, hot tea, and champagne, which was a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel special. That said, for the price and the 120-minute service, I was hoping for a more relaxing experience.
