Coconuts if my ALL time favorite place to go in the whole world. I would go every day if it wasn't 45 minutes away from where I live in Buckhead. It taste great every time and aside from it always being busy, they seem to keep up with the people well and get your order quickly. There's so many options and I'm always satisfied. Such great prices and yummy snowballs.

I've been disappointed the last 3 trips to Coconuts. One time, an order was forgotten bc the guys were tied up flirting and so the milkshake was never prepared. Another time, they charged for an "extra thick" milkshake yet we did not receive an extra thick shake and the shake was poorly prepared after they forgot the order twice (two different people came to ask again what we had ordered). It seems the only time they are on their game is when the owner is in the shop. The crew can be absent-minded and then rude.
