Was a great stay. Good price quality, nice location, great side services provided and checkout at noon is very relaxed!
Koselig hotell med utrolig høfflige ansatte, bortsett fra en av de eldre damene som jobbet kveldsvakter et par dager. Fin plassering litt tilbaketrukket i Waikiki, med kort vei til alle steder av interesse i sentrum. Veldig dyr parkering og dessverre har de røykeplass rett utenfor inngangen.
Perfect for walking distance to downtown. In addition, there were great places to eat at within the same street.
Awesome hotel. Centrally located and awesome service. Only thing would say is shame they don't do breakfasts there ,apart from that no complaints
I don’t like the way you handle customer requests. I’d honestly prefer a straightforward “no” — telling me clearly that under no circumstances you allow checkout date changes — rather than kicking the ball to the booking agent and making the customer waste time negotiating when the final call is really on you. Honesty is valued by customers. You can fool some people, but not all.
