Hotel okay, aber die Resort Fee wie so oft übertrieben für das Gebotene. Frische Pool Handtücher waren nicht immer verfügbar, Kaffeemaschine hat auch nicht immer funktioniert.
Within 5-10 minutes walking of the beach and all the shopping. The daily free popcorn was a hit with the kids (and me too lol). One small issue during the stay was immediately addressed by the staff team. Front desk and valet folks are awesome.
You can’t beat the hotel for the price and what you get. Significantly cheaper than other area hotels. We had gorgeous mountain and canal views on the 10th floor. Staff were all so welcoming and kind. Valet guys are top notch. The room was clean and housekeeping done daily. Only a few minor cosmetic issues need repair but it didn’t bother us. Also it wasn’t my favorite paying $40/day for valet parking in addition to the amenity fee, but it was nice to have the car in a gated garage. Overall wonderful stay and if highly recom... read more

Lovely hotel. The entire staff is warm and accommodating. The complimentary hurricane popcorn is great too! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting waikiki.
