We called and spoke with Eli. We are buying a house and the last detail was the pool...it was beyond our ability to clean. There was algae, mold and rust...plus several feet of black mold at the bottom of the pool. Eli came out within 30 minutes and worked 5 hours cleaning the pool. When he left our pool looked amazing and each gallon of water it looks better. He saved the day!!! He even make time to come back when the pool is full and check out the pump and filter for us
Fantastic service from our pool guy Elisha!! I wish I could give Coconut Pool Care 6 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. He came out and gave us a wonderful estimate fully giving all the details and offering additional advice. He is very well mannered and communicative even setting us up with an app that let's me know when our pool is to be serviced! I so recommend working with this company! He got our pool from green to clean lightning fast- so fast it was even ready for swimming over the weekend!
My pool was turning very green and ugly, I contacted a few pool companies but coconut pool care was the first to respond within a few hours. Eli got straight to work within the next day of my call. He was amazing to work with throughout this process, he’s very helpful and responds to any questions or concerns rapidly. I highly recommend this company! Coconut pool service is reliable and provides excellent customer service. Elisha has drained our pool, pressure washed, changed the pool pump and balanced chemicals. He does an amazing job and communication is excellent.
The team at Coconut Pool are incredible. Elisha Samarin is a magic man. After we recently purchased a home, and the pool equipment design was a mess. I called and talked to Eli on a Sunday morning.
