Friendly and helpful with regards to my older car. Had to work with two service consultants since one was out of town for part of the time it was in for repairs. Some inconsistency with the repair report and what was discussed, so communication could have been better. Understandable under the circumstances. Wont hesitate to return for service in the future.
I delt with ***, Service consultant. He got right in to my problem and styed in touch and retuned my truck as promised. I was a little surprised when a tail lamp cost $ ********. *** was very good.This makes me think twice about the **** trucks. May be my last one.Thank you

I bought a new Maverick that I ordered and waited 14 months for to be treated like garbage, insulted and intimidated by manager Jason D. when my delivery day came. Worst experience ever.
