Let me just preface by saying that i’m playing $2,150 for a 1 bedroom apartment after all of the fees, and thats as of recently since they raised my rent from $1,800 when I renewed. Coconut Palm Club has been my home for a couple of years now. Natasha has assisted me beyond measures. I love and appreciate everything this development has done for me. I love the atmosphere and the family oriented staff. I would choose this development over and over again.
