I love my community! I have been living here for about four and a half years, and I can honestly say I am very happy here. The property is always clean and well maintained. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it gets handled quickly and efficiently. The office staff is friendly, professional, and always provides great customer service. Overall, it has been a great place to live, and I truly appreciate how well everything is managed.

Over half my building is empty for a reason. This place is incredibly outdated. The staff just leeches off the current tenants in every way they can for a dollar as well. We just had a neighbor move out yesterday. People are here a year & leave. The corporation is vultures, straight up taking advantage of tenants while also having very little to offer.
