I went in for a quick afternoon pedicure. I run and have a bruised toe nail, so the original color I picked was too light. I picked another and the nail color did not cure properly (it crinkled) and the color on my toes is not the same as the one I picked from the samples (I chose one that was more mauve). I pointed it out and the tech pretended not to hear me or understand what I was saying and didn’t fix the polish or allow me to look at the samples to compare what I chose vs what was put on my toes.
