The locale was ideal for us: on a quiet couple’s getaway, a block from a lower occupancy beach than down at the boardwalk, walking distance to fun nightlife and daytime activities. Each staff member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and helpful. I appreciated the checking-in texts; it added a personalized touch. We fortunately had zero issues, with the room and the facilities. We stayed in a renovated room and it was a comfortable and welcoming stay! We have stayed at Coconut Malorie many times in the past and have not had many issues, but our August 2026 visit was not very good for a variety of reasons. Firstly, some pros: - In a great location - The room we stayed in was renovated, and the bathroom was very nice. - Clean room -Kind, friendly and helpful staff - Free wifi - Free coffee in lobby and in room Just for awareness there was no silverware, toaster, plates or cups in our room - just a small fridge and microwave. They are doing renovations and there are loud con... read more

Currently on our last night here and I’m disappointed to say the least. We can’t turn our AC on because the ceiling pours water when it’s on. I woke up at 4 am a few night ago and there was water covering the floor from the unit leaking. On top of that there is mold coming in on the ceiling from all the water damage. When something was said about the leak they did a quick “fix” that didn’t even do anything. We proceeded to complain and then the most that could be done was offer us a lower floor with only a fridge so basicall... read more

I booked two 1-bedroom units with full kitchens, but when we arrived, neither unit had the kitchen that was advertised. The manager offered a hot plate and a large refrigerator for only one of the units, but there is no kitchen sink and no dishwasher. Traveling with children, having a full kitchen was one of the main reasons I booked these units, so this has made our stay extremely inconvenient. The units themselves have been renovated, but unfortunately that does not make up for the missing amenities. There is also only one... read more

Can someone PLEASE explain why there is a $15 parking fee when we are OWNERS of a timeshare in this facility when the rooms are now renovated to hotel rooms! I'd like an explanation and will be contacting management/timeshare management about this and want an end result with NO fee to park a vehicle in which we need to drive to get to OC, MD, get real!
