To whom it may concern, I had a very bad experience with your nurse practitioner at your Coconut Creek pediatrics location. We used to be the patient there with three of my children, with Dr. Wajid. Did not know that the practice was sold and when I went to pick up the vaccination records, your nurse practitioner was very rude, even though I introduced myself that I am a provider as well, and her stating that she cannot give me the records of my own child. I called to schedule a pediatric eye exam for my toddler after seeing it advertised on the clinic’s website. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was quite rude. When I mentioned I just wanted the eye exam and not to switch pediatricians, she responded abruptly, saying, “we don’t do that,” without any explanation or apology.
