Our service manager is Fernando Doylet and he is amazing. He always makes sure to contact us fir any recalls or service needed for our 2023 Aviator. He takes us exactly at our appointment time and gives us regular updates while we are waiting for our vehicle. It's always a pleasure to deal with him. I recommend Coconut Creek Lincoln highly not just for vehicle service but for their sales dept as well.
