Customer service is poor. Advisor texted that the Vehicle was ready for pickup. Called numerous times to get shuttle service back to dealership. No answer. Texted Advisor and asked for assistance to reach someone, she texted back she isn't at work. So basically I was stranded. Got there and the place was empty. The young lady Khala was apologetic and overwhelmed stating she was the only person working the desk. I Had questions about my paperwork that she couldn't answer. It was a mess.

Let me start with "I'm Canadian, my 2023 Tucson was purchased in Canada". That being said, I was assured that wasn't an issue (and it shouldn't be as the cars are all made in Korea). My radio stopped working. I was initially told they were waiting for warranty paperwork so I couldn't have my car back. They rented me a vehicle, which I drove for 10 days before hearing from them. Worst Hyundai service department to visit.They will waste your entire busy day.Don't call you about your car.Untrained service supposed adviser,declining transfer calls.Send you on lift to wrong destination.No diagnostic was done at all.Rescheduled for Monday and incompetent Chris A screening his calls.Ron the worse incompetent supposed supervisor was not remorseful that Chris nor the incompetent worker who cannot give any diagnostic to the car.All then saying that wires are not connected.Why a car is brought to a Hyundai se... read more

Not one for casually tossing a review into the opinion pool … I am now a multi year Hyundai owner and the experience at CC Hyundai ALWAYS seems to exceed the mark. They are efficient, well organized, courteous, accommodating and communicate exceptionally well. All this applies to their brand representative Jalen Campbell who was my advisor - ask for him by name next time! 10 out of 10

I purchased a car from Coconut Creek Hyundai and within the warranty period three of the tires experienced a manufacturer defect. I brought the car to the service center to have the tires replaced and be reimbursed through the warranty process. Coconut Creek Hyundai behaved as if they had never processed a warranty in their lives. I was forced to reach out to the manufacturer multiple times to explain and re-explain the process to the service team.
