Ordered 2 Custom Sized Vinyl Back Coco Coir Entrance Mat The first mat quality is truly sub par and sheds way too much. The mat looks cheaply cut as well. The mat did not fit the space well and I requested a return on 5/12/26. I also requested that the second mat be canceled on 5/12/26 as it had not yet shipped. They they shipped the mat anyway on 5/13/26. They didn't respond to my request until 5/14/26 (2 days later) and they refused to process any returns and did not offer any other solutions.
