Renamed as the The Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse, it also featured in the National Register of Historic Places. This theater that started out with silent movies is now a thriving arts center of the city.

West Side Story is superb. My daughter and I came from Orlando and it is certainly worth the drive. I've never been disappointed at a performance and I've been to many. Nothing like live music to add to the wonderful shows.

I call Staci Hawkins Smith and The historic Cocoa Village Playhouse the best kept secret of Brevard County. Even thought thousands know of the theater and Staci's talent, dedication and amazing strength 24/7 to make this theater 5 star , many more need to know so they may be impressed at this incredible venue! All I can say is WOW!! Excellent!! Just as good as any Broadway show I've seen. Very professional, incredible acting and singing. WOW!! Loved it. Can't wait to go to the next show :)
