I’ve been going to Cocoa Nails for over 5 years and absolutely love it! The salon is always clean, everyone is so friendly, and it’s always easy to get an appointment. Jason and Lee are amazing and my nails always look great and last forever. Wendy is my favorite for pedicures, but honestly everyone there is great. Always consistent and such a great experience!
I am so disappointed in my experience here after my pedicure and manicure. my polish chipped on my hand nails within 2 days and my toe polish lasted very long but when I self removed it at home I noticed I had a toe nail fungus! I am so upset as I have never had this before and this is the only place I went for a pedicure and I never really get my nails done. I will never return to this salon.
Honestly, a complete disaster. I asked for the design in the photo and they did something completely different. It was messy and not even remotely similar to what I showed them. They charged me $95 plus a $20 tip, and I felt like I was basically forced to leave the tip. If I could give it negative 10 stars, I would. Definitely would not recommend.
Manicure is really bubbly. Doesn’t look great.
