All candies, chocolates and drinks are handcrafted in-house in small batches and lack preservatives. No batch of chocolate is kept for longer than four weeks. All ingredients from caramel to marshmallow to peanut butter are made in-house. We also have a variety of specialty coffee drinks to include mochas, lattes and much more. The coffee is amazing and the chocolate is even better. I don't really like things that are too sweet and they were able to help me find a few pieces of chocolate that I LOVED
