Clean facility. Nice and helpful front desk staff. Each person in the process was friendly and professional. Probably my best experience at a walk in urgent care facility. Guess I am lucky to have them so close to my home!

I have been attempting to get a hold of them for the last 3 days via phone. Every time, without fail, I get hung up on. I assumed it had something to do with lunch. However, I just called them at 8:30am and the same exact thing occurred. Now I’m going to be forced to travel an hour & a half to go to their office in person. Thanks for nothing Health First Medical Group….

I have had other Covid test in the past from Health First on Merritt island at no charge. I was exposed to someone with Covid. I made an appointment for Covid test on line. ( the person exposed had a Med Fast test at no charge we have the same Insurance). It took them 1 hour and twenty minutes after my appointment time to see me. Why have an appointment time.
