When I came in,i was greeted by a pretty young lady,named Kymberly.she was very helpful,in helping me find,what I was looking for.
Came here while on vacation to purchase a t-shirt for my dad. He owns several Harleys. We were greeted and that was all. A gentleman came in behind us, wearing, a Harley tee and was greeted and asked if there was something that he could be helped finding. Just because I don't wear the brand didn't mean a sale wasn't guaranteed. The sale was lost when our sale wasn't good enough to be acknowledged. Customer service is key.....but lacking here!
Needs more than t-shirts,..... Needs mugs,leathers
It is a very small shop not a lot of merchandise. The sales woman wasn't the friendliest. We asked for directions to get to Cocoa Beach and she had no clue said she doesn't go to the beach.
