Repair was good, responded quickly but I can't get a receipt. They don't answer the phone, or text or respond to voicemail. I've been asking for 2 months. I can't get the $450 reimbursement without it. So I cannot recommend them.
Mark is awesome! When our water heater started leaking we expected this whole process to be an ordeal. Mark responded right away, was at our house the next day, heater replaced, paid for and working perfect before 5pm and I didn’t even have to miss work! Easiest repair experience ever!!!! He even checked in the next day to make sure all was well!
