Derrick was very nice and met us each time we went to the house. For the most part his communications were ok. The issue we had and why we 3 starred was when we moved in. The day we moved in we did our final inspection. Everything looked okay but the house was dirty. We met him and the owner for the walkthrough. The owner offered to leave a “nice” bookcase saying she had no room at her new place. We were excited because we didn’t have one and needed one. We accepted and thanked her.
