I had a beautiful experience with Carley on my first visit to Coco and Pastel. After a relaxing massage, we had a thorough consultation where I felt very listened too and was given practical advice and suggestions around the photos I shared, my hair type, and what might work best for me. Carley took the time to show me how to style the cut myself at home and how to manage it in a very simple, low maintenance way. Great service and very good wash and blowdry. Not sure about the dog jumping over me though, would turn me off returning.
Amazing knowledge of thin, fine hair, I learnt so much about how to manage, treat and maintain my hair. Carley was incredibly accommodating with my appointment and future appointment times. Best haircut I’ve ever had, so many compliments and people asking where I went. I left feeling pampered and cared for.
