Unethical and greedy. Avoid this salon if you can. I fell sick with a bug and gave the salon 24 hours notice (which is more than enough time) and they still chose to keep my $50 deposit. This is a huge amount of money to keep from a client especially during a cost of living crisis. I didn't choose to fall sick. Of course I didn't. I was more than happy to reschedule but they still insisted on keeping the money. Only book here if you can guarantee that you won't get sick or have any other unforeseeable event occur.
