I am a previous tenant of Cocoparc. Prior to moving in i spoke to Robin the secretary at the time in regards to putting laminate floors in the condo i was renting. I was told that she would have to speak to Annie the manager to get permission. I was contacted and was advised that i can put flooring in the condo. I went out and spent almost $2000 for the flooring and installation. After about 1.5yrs i decided to move out. This condo complex, although it is not apartments anymore, should be avoided at all costs. The parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE. The community hires a parking lot attendant, who then in turn reports to a towing company - Westway Towing - who will tow your car in the middle of the night if you make just a single mistake. They are completely unforgiving and will charge you $100 per tow. If you park in a reserved spot without your tag because you just moved in this week, they will tow you in 30 minutes while you are unpacking. ... read more
