Scheduled an appointment for 2:30 (me + one friend who just wanted fingernails done which we clearly stated when scheduling). When we arrived, they acted like they had no idea what we wanted. One lady came up and asked if we were there for a pedicure, when we said no she walked away and just sat down on her phone. They didn’t start on us until 3:35. Takes the time and does a great job!
i walked in for a simple pedicure, me and my sister were the first 2 people no one else. we started getting our pedicure and the water was cold. i then asked for acrylic toes on only my big toes. they tried to do it 3 different times before they finally had someone else do it. they started having more customers show up and started rushing through my sister and i's pedicure getting nail polish all over and around her toes. when the 2nd person started doing my nails he cut through my cuticle with the nail dremmel causing it to... read more
