The color came out good but they were very rough on my nails and they cut up my fingers and cuticles, which has never happened to me before I got them yesterday my nails still hurt and burn.
I have not gone to any other nail salon since finding them which must be around 12 years ago. The difference between where I had gone and here is incredible! They are clean, do a beautiful job, truly massage my feet so I always get some extra foot massage and are so friendly! I moved about 15 minutes away 3 years ago and although there are many places closer, I drive here amd always will!
This was the first time going to Coco Nails, based upon recommendations from friends. I got the basic manicure and Luxury Spa pedicure. James the owner explained the process to me. What an awesome experience if you want to be pampered. Elizabeth did the manicure and Tania the spa pedicure. They were both friendly and attentive to my needs. I joined the free membership program they have and will definitely go back.
I write Google reviews quite often because I know how helpful they can be for others, but they have all been good reviews until TODAY! I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a salon before! I always feel kind of rushed with my nails, but I deal with it because Jay does a good job. I get to relax and decompress during my pedi. Very arrogant. Not personable. Have been going to Coco Nails for 4 years. I’m retired and so I am not as scheduled as I used to be and sometimes not in the area when I need services. I went to the shore and had my UV pink and white nails done there because I wasn’t at home. Yesterday I went back to Coco Nails and they wanted to charge me a full set for $120 because they didn’t like the product on my nails and wanted to remove it!!
