This review is long overdue! I’ve been coming to this nail salon since March and have absolutely loved the service from the get go. Vivian was my nail tech from my very first visit, and about 20 minutes into my appointment, I told her that I thought I had just found my nail tech. Vivian is incredibly talented and meticulous with her work. My nails always come out looking clean, polished, and beautiful, and I genuinely trust her with my nails. Overall fine. But rushed, low effort, required a lot of correction at the salon and at home. My pedi got a white base instead of the obvious nude or pink, and now the French pedi I paid for is just a clumpy white weird two toned pedicure. Mani nails were slanted even after I asked her to fix, and her entire vibe was so rushed and annoyed. Had to go home and cut my own cuticles because she left multiple bits dangling off.
I really like this place. But one thing I hate is when they don’t make my crooked nail appear straight when we’re finished. Every other place I’ve been to, sees that it grows a little crooked and files it in such a way that when it’s painted it appears straight. My poor slightly longer crooked middle toes….
Came from downtown SD to get my nails done here once again. Angie is the best!! Love coming to CoCo nails, worth coming up from downtown! Doesn't get better than here :-)
BEST NAIL SALON IN PACIFIC BEACH!!! They are the best and do the best job! My before and after!!
