The outcome was great. The nail tech was able to follow the design I wanted but I booked an appointment for this, for specific time so I won’t need to wait and having an appointment is better as I have other plans as well, the appointment is useless because I waited an hour. What’s the appointment for if I have to wait that long? I was even there 15 minutes before my actual appointment.

I have been going since April. I have had amazing experiences!!!! I have come up with some interesting designs and my nails are always awesome. Love my nail tech. See what I will come up with next month 😝

The service I received was subpar. My pedicure and manicure appointment began with a 10-minute wait in the foot bath before a technician arrived. She spent merely 8 minutes on my feet before leaving without explanation. After a 50-minute wait, another technician completed the service hastily. I declined the manicure due to the poor service. While the salon apologized and provided a 50% discount on the pedicure, their customer service response was inadequate.

I am always happy with my nails when I leave! Ellie does a fantastic job and is very detailed and creative. I always get compliments on my nails.
