I booked an appointment for 12:00, and when I arrived they told me I’d have to wait another 20 minutes. Completely disrespectful of my time — what’s the point of scheduling if they can’t honor it? I didn’t wait, and I definitely won’t be giving my money to a place that has no respect for its clients. Extremely unprofessional.
