I've been here two other times with positive experiences. Unfortunately, not today. My scheduled appt was 10 am. Salon was closed. At 10:25, I was leaving a note when an employee arrived with two other younger women who I assume to be relatives. I said I had a 10 am. appt. Her reply was, ok she can help you. " she" being the younger of the two with her - not sure was 18. No apology, nothing. I made an appt for tomorrow and between now and then will decide if I return.
