I am really saddened for it being my first time, I did my nails on July 18 to be specific I did cat eye nails upon leaving I realized that many areas were missed and they look outgrown today I write this review because 2 days ago two of them chipped and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks I truly believe it was due to the lack of application from the start looking back it was truly rushed the last 2 pictures are the most recent pictures from today the first couple is the day after leaving the nail salon
They never miss and Jenny keeps me right!! Love CoCo Nails!
I explained exactly what I wanted to the manager before my appointment, but I still left the salon in tears because my nails looked nothing like what I asked for. The nail technician herself was very kind and professional, so this isn’t a reflection of her. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the final result. I paid for a service I wasn’t happy with, and my concerns clearly weren’t communicated or addressed.
