Got BIAB nail, the nails itself are ok, albeit the edges are my clean. Moreover, the cuticles have not been cleaned at all, as a result it not only looks bad but the nails also start a lot higher than if the cuticles were clean and pushed down.
They can take an apportionment but can’t keep it. I’ll excuse during busy holidays period. What I won’t excuse what the chaotic service multiple people working on toes/ hands. An error was made on my color/ chrome they did not attempt to correct. Didn’t stop when I said it was incorrect and didn’t look right. Layer over the finished polish and even when I said it was incorrect they charged. Appointment went from $55 booking to $110. When you try to speak up they treated me as if I was wrong.
