I had such a lovely experience with my mom and sisters! We came before my graduation, and it was exactly the relaxing and peaceful ambiance I needed to settle my nerves. My mom, sisters, and I had our own room, and were met with outstanding warmth and hospitality. My nails turned out beautifully, and I am so excited to show them off at commencement. Thank you so much to Tyler for his incredible job. I admire your talent!
I had a great experience. Very calm, quiet and peaceful upstairs. Tina is a lovely person and did a wonderful job. She didn't rush at all. I told her how I liked my toes the shape and all and she came thru. I also got my brows waxed and she did a great job! I booked appointment last minute but they got me right in with in the hour. I went there today for set they seem very nice at first, but the application of the nails was not good nor was the design. I came back later for a fix on it, and the design was still bad. And nothing like the design I had shown them they kinda did their own thing on it although I asked just for what the picture was and they were almost $80 without tip When I came back the second time they were very rude and annoyed which I can understand, but I was a paying customer so it doesn’t make sense, but I would not go back.
It was a very bad experience. They kept taking walk-ins costumers and they just did anything to finish my nails quickly. I was trying to communicate and I didn't mind to pay more to have the result that I wanted but they didn't even give me a chance to talk. They sent me from one person to another! My nails look awful and believe it or not! They used a glue to fill some cracks in my nails! GLUE! I just edited my comment because I can't reply to your answer.
