This place has changed a lot. The receptionist or manager talks to my technician in another language rudely and makes me uncomfortable. What kept me coming back was the quality and the little things like the cleanliness, complimentary massage, sincerity and smooth scheduling. The previous management clearly cared more about customer service and ran things much more efficiently. I was willing to pay more as I was getting a excellent overall experience. Extremely rude customer service and inability to listen to client’s needs just because I decided to speak up for myself and politely request a different color, mind you this is for a service I am paying for and I have gone to them for a long time, yet I was met with impatience, condescending looks, and rude comments. Will never be coming here again.

I thought I found my forever after being spoiled for 13 years @ Riva spa. I’ve been to several b4 this one and wanted to love it and my nail tech ill name he K. K had very little personality and tried on a couple of occasions to milk me (I guess because I was a good tipper). Well I had to leave this one and I really believe she did not want me as her customer. Unfortunately I did feel as if I didn’t belong
