I had a very disappointing experience at Coco Nail Spa today. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and the customer service was extremely poor. The staff seemed uninterested and dismissive, which made the entire appointment uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the service itself was just as bad. During my gel pedicure I was quietly whispering on the phone when a staff member approached me and said another customer complained about me talking. I was already speaking very softly, so the situation felt unnecessary and a bit embarrassing. Other people were talking on the phone as well.

Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. It used to be one of my favorites, but it seems like there is new management and the service has really gone downhill.

I had the worst experience at this place. As a woman of color, I felt discriminated against because of the color of my skin. The staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. No one should feel judged or treated differently when visiting a business, but that is exactly how I felt during my time here. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving how they treat all customers with respect and fairness.
