Brought a friend there and decided to have a mani/pedi myself. Great pedicure but a different person (I believe it was the manager) for the manicure - not so great. Once the loti was absorbed, I could see all the flaws around my cuticles. I'll stick with Sunny Nails. Better service and friendlier people.

Worst place ever. Had no clue how to properly remove fake nails. Whatever you do don’t go there.

Horrible job. The owner (Rebecca) should not be allowed to do nails.. she did my nails carelessly whilst watching YouTube videos. Extremely rude too. My mother also got her nails done here by Rebecca and left very upset as she did a horrible job and when my mom told her that some of the nails were filed crookedly, she told her that it wasn't and that she just wasn't seeing it properly. I would suggest not to come here

If 0 exist this place deserve a -1000. I went for a remove only due to one nail was broken and I was traveling, the woman started cutting off my real nails with no reason, literally tore nail by nail without care ruining my finger and also bleeding. Why this woman is still working? This place should be closed. I put photos of my nails before and after.

I went here yesterday and asked for my acrylics (from another place) to be removed and the lady ripped them off my nails which was extremely painful and left glue residue that she did not take off afterwards. To do this, she was using the plastic fake nails that go under acrylics by jamming them between my acrylics and my real nails, and she would PUT THEM BACK IN THE BIN AFTER USING THEM .
