we had a 300 pm appt and got a call at 230 to change it to 330. That was fine but when we got there, we were still waiting at 4. We had 2 deluxe pedicures sheduled which entitled us to a private room but they said the party before us was not done. They asked if we would mind getting it done in the public area.
