I just took my mom there today to get her eyebrows done/waxed and the result was horrible. She is beyond upset because she had been letting her brows grow for months to have them done for a wedding and make them look pretty and she walked away with overwaxed, uneven, misaligned and pretty ugly eyebrows… yes, we were not charged, but if we knew she was walking in to be the guinea pig of an unexperienced or unqualified professional we either would have not walked in at all or would have asked to be paid to be an experiment.
