I hate leaving bad reviews but I don’t want anyone else to experience what we did. Not impressed at all. My tow nails were trimmed way too short and filed crooked, the nail wasn’t painted to the edge, just in the middle. They didn’t offer us drinks. There was a huge language barrier so I couldn’t understand him and vice versa. I left there pissed!! My husband heels were still rough. I will not go back!
I've been going to this place for about a year now, and I've noticed it has gone downhill. The staff is rude, and my nails chip off easily. Making an appointment seems pointless because the wait time is still insane.
Updating my review, I did go back and give them another chance. This has become my favorite place. If I'm being honest, I'm not sure if the prices are ever the same, but my service is exceeding my expectations, so I guess for me, it's worth it. ☺️still pleased
