Great customer service here. I was greeted warmly with a smile and asked how I was doing.. So rare these days! As for the massage it was excellent. Very thorough, deep tissue, full body. WORST MASSAGE I’VE EVER HAD!!! Hands down, on every level. I’m not usually one to complain but it was that bad. First, I was thrown off by being shown to my room and then being asked to come back out to pay for the session before hand. Then, I go back to my room to change and the masseuse has the nerve to barge into the room while I was undressed and berate me about how much I tipped her BEFORE even getting the massage! Then she refused to close the door and left the room to talk to another customer in the middle of the sess... read more
